 12-3-30 workout is a great way to get started on your weight loss journey. The workout is designed to help you burn fat while building muscle, so it's going to help you build lean muscle mass and lose weight.


The workout consists of three sets of 30 seconds each. What that means is that you'll be doing 30 seconds of exercise (usually some sort of cardio) followed by 30 seconds of rest, then another 30 seconds of exercise, and so on for an hour. This makes for an intense workout that's sure to leave you feeling exhausted but wanting more!


You can do this workout at home or in a gym setting. If you're training at home, make sure that you have some space to move around - just remember not to wear any weights because they can get stuck in your joints and cause injury.
