Workout when you don t feel like it but can help you get in shape


Sometimes you're going to feel like when you don t feel like it but can help you get in shape sometimes you won't. That's totally normal! But if you can just push through those first few minutes of feeling like a slug, then you'll be so glad when it's over—and so much closer to your fitness goals. Find an activity that keeps your heart rate up for a long time. When we're having trouble finding motivation, our bodies tend to shut down (that's where the "lazy" part comes from) and go into energy conservation mode but if you want to be healthy, you have to do the work. That's why we've put together few exercises that will help you get in shape even when you're not feeling it!


1. Make a playlist of songs that make you want to dance and then go dance around your house for ten minutes. This will get your blood flowing and help get rid of any stress or anxiety that's been keeping you from working out.

2. Go for a walk outside with someone else who also wants to get in shape, but isn't as motivated as you are—this way, they'll push you along and hold each other accountable for staying active every day!

3. Do some yoga poses as part of your workout: downward-facing dog or child's poses are great ones because they're really easy and can be done anywhere with no equipment needed!

4. Take up swimming if there's a pool nearby—it's an excellent form of exercise because the water supports your weight while still allowing movement so that even those with joint problems can enjoy swimming safely without worrying about becoming over-
